MeetMorph ("we", "us") operates the MeetMorph website, backend API, and browser extension. Chromium-based browsers that install extensions from the Chrome Web Store—for example Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, or Vivaldi. This policy explains what information we process, why, and your choices. By using MeetMorph, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What this covers

This policy applies to personal data processed through: (a) the public website and authenticated web app at meetmorph.com; (b) our hosted API that powers accounts, calls, and prototypes; (c) the MeetMorph browser extension when installed from the Chrome Web Store (and compatible browsers).

2. Information we collect

  • Account and profile. When you sign up or sign in (including with Google or GitHub where enabled), we collect identifiers such as your email address and, if you provide it, display name. We store credentials or tokens needed to keep your session secure.
  • Meeting and prototype content. To provide the product, we process meeting-related content you choose to send us—such as transcripts, captions, titles, and metadata about a call (for example meeting URL patterns or bot status)—and content you upload (for example audio for transcription or pasted text).
  • Extension local data. The extension stores a small amount of data on your device (for example session tokens and UI preferences) using Chrome's extension storage so you stay signed in and so features work offline from our servers where appropriate.
  • Technical and security logs. Our servers may log information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request metadata for security, debugging, and reliability. We do not use this to build a general-purpose browsing history of unrelated sites you visit.

3. How we use information

  • To create and maintain your account and authenticate you across the website and extension.
  • To run the core product: transcribing or ingesting meeting material, cleaning and structuring it, and generating or updating prototypes and related artifacts you request.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service, including troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
  • To communicate with you about the service (for example support responses or important notices).

4. Service providers and subprocessors

We use trusted vendors to run MeetMorph. Depending on how you use the product, content you submit may be processed by categories of subprocessors including, without limitation:

  • Infrastructure. Cloud hosting, databases, networking, logging, and related operations so the website, API, and extension can run reliably and securely.
  • AI and content processing. Providers that help us interpret, structure, summarise, or generate outputs from text and related materials you choose to send through the product (for example transcript cleanup and prototype generation).
  • Speech and media processing. When you upload audio or otherwise use features that require speech-to-text or similar processing, specialised vendors may process those files on our behalf.
  • Meeting and collaboration integrations. When you turn on features that connect live or recorded meetings to MeetMorph, we may use vendors that join or retrieve meeting content from supported platforms as part of providing that functionality.

These providers process data on our instructions to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. If you need the current list of material subprocessors for your records (for example for an enterprise review), contact us and we will respond reasonably.

5. Browser extension

The extension interacts with Google Meet and Zoom in the browser only as needed for features you enable, and with MeetMorph servers over HTTPS. It may read session information from an open MeetMorph web tab so you do not have to sign in twice. The extension does not load remote executable code; logic ships inside the extension package. See the Chrome Web Store listing for declared permissions and justifications.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account exists and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account where applicable law provides; some records may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form, or where we must keep them for legal reasons.

7. Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us at support@meetmorph.com or visit our Support page.

8. Children

MeetMorph is not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.

This policy is provided for transparency. It is not legal advice. If you need terms specific to your organisation or jurisdiction, consult qualified counsel.
